We finally recieved TYPE V.1 I.2 from the printers (It has been a long, arduous journey this time around), and are now printing the covers as fast as possible in order to attend the launch of Triangle, our featured section this time around.
One casualty has already been had; Tom skewered his thumb when making a lino cut, but is still carrying bravely on, plaster secured in place, as there are only twenty-four hours remaining before the copies go on sale.
So once again the indoor washinglines are bowing under the weight of TYPE, and the room is filled with a red glow. Betsy is helping to hold up a selection of copies that we have quick-drying (hopefully) over a radiator - what a good woman she is!
Isabel arrived, demanded wine, and then set to work, a glass of stale at her elbow, and has easily cut our workload by a third. Added to which she has promised (in return for two free years' subscriptions) to have TYPE tattooed upon her person - other offers always welcome!
